The Escrow department is responsible for handling all transactions that occur between the open and close of an escrow. To ensure a quick and efficient escrow, please follow the link below:
To Open Escrow:
- ALL requests must be processed through the ReadyRESALE link above.
- If you are requesting a disclosure letter (refinance), the up-front fee is $200.00.
- If you are requesting a resale package that includes all Governing Documents and a lender questionnaire, the up-front fee is $300.00.
- If any budget packets are needed to complete these requests, they are available under our document center link .
- Please make all up-front payments online using the ReadyRESALE link above.
Closing Escrow:
In order to transfer ownership, a resale form must completed and returned to CCHOA at close of escrow by using the ReadyRESALE link above. In addition, please follow the guidelines listed below:
Sellers:
All current mailbox and pool keys must be provided to new buyers by the close of escrow in order to avoid a charge of $100.
Buyers:
Congratulations! Please register at the Member Services counter and be sure to provide either a copy of your Recorded Grant Deed or a Grant Deed certified by your escrow company.

The Member Services Department executes routine administrative duties and is the primary person to answer incoming calls and greet the public. This department works closely with the General Manager, attending meetings and ensuring all maintenance work on the grounds is done in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the homeowners and C.C.H.O.A. management.
Responsibilities:
- Forward calls to appropriate departments
- Customer Service at the Front Desk
- Logs and distributes Work Orders for processing
- Inter-department delivery, Newsletter & Mail service
- Schedule Notary Public (by appointment only)
- Maintains the filing system
- Clubhouse scheduling
- Key purchases & distribution
